1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ER Schedule at erschedules.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

ER Schedule is a shift scheduling and management platform for emergency medicine organizations. Features include shift creation, staff assignment, schedule publishing, Google Calendar integration, shift change requests, and audit tools.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Accounts are provisioned by organization administrators. Individual sign-ups may require admin approval.
  • You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
  • Interfere with the platform's availability or performance.
  • Upload malicious code or content.
  • Scrape or automate access to the platform without written permission.

5. Google Calendar Integration

The Google Calendar integration is an optional feature enabled by organization administrators. By connecting a Google account, you authorize ER Schedule to create and manage a Google Calendar on your behalf for the purpose of publishing shift events. You may disconnect this integration at any time from the Settings page.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within ER Schedule is the property of its developers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ER Schedule is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ER Schedule and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Organization admins may deactivate user accounts at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
